As noted by 9to5Mac, Apple has just begun seeding the third iOS 6.1 beta to members of their paid iOS developer program. The update is currently available through Software Update in the Settings app (General > Settings > Software Update), and is expected to hit the developer portal very soon.
Apple says the update contains bug fixes, but it’s as yet unclear exactly what changes the update brings. We’ll let you know as soon as we know more.
