How to: Navigate Open Safari Tabs With Keyboard Shortcuts
Have you ever tried navigating the open tabs in Safari without using your mouse?
You can use the following keystrokes:

Command + Shift and either the Left or Right arrow/cursor keys will allow you to scroll through the open tabs from left to right or right to left.

Command + Shift and either the Open or Close Bracket keys will allow you to also navigate the open tabs from left to right or right to left.

Control + Tab will allow you to navigate the open tabs from left to right.
