The recently launched iPhone 4S has already become the second most popular cameraphone on Flickr.com, reports MacRumors. Graphs on the Camera Finder page on Flickr display the popularity of cameras used to take photos that have been uploaded to the site.
The 4S has quickly shot up to 2nd place, outranking the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and HTC EVO 4G, but is still behind the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4 made headlines in 2010 when it became the most popular camera on Flickr, even winning out over dedicated cameras.
The camera in the iPhone 4S has a significant number of improvements to the camera in the iPhone 4. Recent comparisons have shown the 4S camera holds up well when pitted against other cameras, with competitive image quality and overall convenience.
