Users Report the iPhone 16e Has a Bluetooth Audio Problem

In the first two weeks of iPhone 16e availability, some buyers of the new handset are reporting issues with Bluetooth audio stuttering or cutting out.

Users are complaining about the issue on the Apple Support CommunityReddit, and X, where audio being streamed from an iPhone 16e to a Bluetooth speaker periodically stutters or cuts out. It is unclear how widespread the problem is.

Some users say the issue rears its ugly head when the iPhone 16e is connected to multiple Bluetooth accessories simultaneously.

One user complained that the issue was still present, even after updating the device to iOS 18.3.2, which was released earlier this week. At this point, we don’t know whether the issue is resolved in iOS 18.4, which is currently in beta testing and is scheduled for an April release to the public.

Some of the affected users say they have told Apple support representatives about the problem, so hopefully the company is working on a fix the issue.
