Apple to Launch Vision Pro in Two Additional Countries in November

Apple’s marketing chief Greg Joswiak on Wednesday said the Vision Pro will be launching in South Korea and the United Arab Emirates on Friday, November 15.

In a press release for South Korea, Apple announced the Vision Pro will be available to pre-order in that country starting Monday, November 4 at 10 a.m. local time. Another press release announced that pre-orders in the United Arab Emirates will begin on the same day at 5 a.m. local time.

Apple has added localized versions of its Vision Pro and visionOS 2 pages in both South Korea and the United Arab Emirates providing additional details.

The Vision Pro was first released in the U.S. back in February. In June and July, Apple launched the headset in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the U.K., China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. When sales begin in South Korea and the United Arab Emirates, the headset will be available in 12 countries and regions.

Apple Vision Pro Pricing and Availability

  • Apple Vision Pro is available at select Apple Store locations and online at the Apple Store. Pricing starts at $3,990 and comes in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage capacities.
  • Customers can purchase Apple Vision Pro by visiting the online Apple Store, the Apple Store app or an Apple Store location, which offers personalized support. Customers can also schedule a 30-minute in-store experience of Vision Pro online. More information about the experience will be announced after pre-orders open.
  • Customers ordering Apple Vision Pro will scan their face using the latest version of the Apple Store app on an iPhone or iPad with Face ID. This scan will determine the optimal light seal and headband size to provide a precise fit.
  • Apple Vision Pro includes a Solo Knit Band, Dual Loop Band, a personalized Lightsil and two Lightsil cushions, an Apple Vision Pro cover, a polishing cloth, a battery, a USB-C charging cable, and a USB-C power adapter.
  • For vision correction users, Apple has partnered with ZEISS to develop ZEISS Optical Inserts that magnetically attach to Apple Vision Pro, allowing users to take full advantage of the incredible precision and clarity of the device’s display. 4
  • The Apple Vision Pro travel case is available for $299.
  • AppleCare+ for Apple Vision Pro is available for 729,000 won.
