Apple Music could finally be on its way to Tesla vehicles via a future software update, as an Apple Music icon was spotted on a Tesla Model S vehicle on display at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
Photos of the Model S vehicle running an unreleased software version that had Apple Music installed were shared on Twitter. The ‘vehicle’ was running a developer version of Tesla’s OS with version number 2022.40.50, and this is where Apple Music was found.
The images indicate that users will be able to scan a QR code on their phones to log into Apple Music and use the app. The arrival of Apple Music on the Tesla has long been expected.

It’s not clear when the update with Apple Music integration will begin rolling out. However, Not A Tesla App says that highly anticipated that Tesla will add Apple Music with this year’s holiday update, which is expected later next month.
