Time flies, and so does the Great Pumpkin. Unfortunately, the popular Peanuts and Charlie Brown holiday specials are no longer broadcast on traditional television networks and are instead now Apple TV+ streaming exclusives. Happily, there is a way for those among you that do not have an Apple TV+ subscription to watch the “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” special for free.
Apple is offering short free windows for anyone to stream — no purchase necessary. Here’s how to watch it for free.
Tune into Apple TV+ from October 28 through October 31 to watch “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” for free.
Just fire up the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, smart TVs, Amazon Fire Stick, Roku sticks, and other popular devices. You can also watch on your Mac or PC in a web browser at tv.apple.com.
Plus, you can also celebrate a Peanuts Thanksgiving for free, in the same way. The free window for “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” runs from November 23 through November 27. And the original Peanuts holiday special, “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” will stream free from December 22 until Christmas Day.
You’ll still have to sign up for Apple TV+ if you want to watch these specials or other Peanuts specials any time of the year.
