Apple on Monday seeded the Release Candidates of its new iOS 14.6 and iPadOS 14.6 updates to developers for testing. The new seeds come just one week following the third betas of iOS 14.6 and iPadOS 14.6.
Beta builds are available to developers through the Apple Developer Center or over the air on the devices with the proper configuration installed.
iOS 14.6 and iPadOS 14.6 both add support for Apple Music features, including Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos and Lossless Audio.
The beta also includes a new feature that allows an email address to be entered as a contact method for Lost Mode in place of a phone number. In iOS 14.5, there is no option to use an email, with Apple only allowing for a phone number.
