Apple is expected to announce a number of new products in 2021, and YouTube Leaker Jon Prosser claims that sometime in March Apple will announce AirTags and new iPad Pro models next month, most likely via a virtual event.
Prosser, who has a bit of a mixed track record when it comes to predictions, tweeted earlier today that AirTags are “still on for March” and that he hasn’t “heard of any further delays this time.”
AirTags are still on for March.
Haven’t heard of any further delays this time. 🤞

This isn’t the first time Prosser has claimed to have inside info about an imminent AirTags release, as in October Prosser said that AirTags were “for sure” making an appearance at the November event, but that event was completely focused on the new M1 Macs. He also claimed AirTags would make an appearance alongside the release of iOS 14.3 and iPad 14.3, and that also did not come to fruition.
In a follow-up tweet today, Prosser once again made the claim that updated iPad Pro models will be announced in March of this year.
Also March, as far as I know

Prosser’s prediction does jibe somewhat with well-connected Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has said he expects an iPad Pro release sometime during the first half of 2021. It should be noted that a previous claim by Prossers about new iPad Pro models by the end of 2020 did not come to pass.
It also should be noted that Prosser has been accurate in the past, as he predicted the exact time and launch of the second-generation iPhone SE back in April, and predicted an updated 13-inch MacBook Pro release for May.
