Apple has released a new round of betas to developers for testing. Tuesday’s seeds include updated third builds of iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1, as well as the tenth beta of tvOS 13, and the gold master version of iOS 13.
The latest builds are available from the Apple Developer Center for participants in the Developer Beta program, and as an over-the-air update for devices already running an earlier version of the beta software. Public beta testers can likely expect to see a public beta release of the new seeds sometime in the next day or two.
The third iOS 13.1 build is number 17A5837a, replacing second build 17A5831c. The new iPadOS 13.1 beta is also build 17A5837a, up from 17A5831c for the second build, mirroring the numbers used for iOS. Beta ten of tvOS 13 is 17J5579a, while the ninth was 17J5573a. (Via AppleInsider)
The Golden Master seed of iOS 13 (build 17A577) is effectively the version that will be released to the public on September 19. Apple says it will release iOS 13 and iPadOS on September 19, while iOS 13.1 will be available to the public on September 30.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on your daily driver iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch or Mac computer, instead only install it on a device set aside for testing purposes.
