Non-profit organization Girls Who Code on Tuesday announced plans to begin offering a new Swift coding curriculum for its upcoming 6th to 12th grade clubs as part of Apple’s ongoing “Everyone Can Code” initiative.
The new Swift coding tutorial option was announced on the Girls Who Code Twitter account.

Girls Who Code is an “international nonprofit seeking to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities.” The organization’s website says that it is aiming to build the “largest pipeline of future female engineers in the United States” through learning opportunities and programs dedicated to teaching coding.
The organization offers free after school programs for girls in the 3rd to 5th grades and 6th to 12th grades across the United States.
