Wallpaper Weekends is a series that works to bring you stunning, high quality wallpapers for your iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, Mac, and yes, your Apple Watch.
Next Friday is the premier of the movie we’ve all been waiting for, Deadpool! Okay, I know I’ve been waiting for it, and I imagine many of you have been too, or why would you be here right now? I’m going to miss the February 12th premier, because we have tickets for Barry Manilow that night. (What can I say, it’s Valentine’s weekend, and I love my wife. (And, the song Weekend in New England, love that one.)) But I am going to see Deadpool that weekend. (What can I say, its Valentine’s weekend, and my wife loves me.)
These great Deadpool wallpapers for your Apple Watch come from the Imgur page of TheMattWolf. There are a buttload of other Watch-sized bits of goodness over there, so be sure visit Matt’s Imgur page, and tell him MacTrast sent you. (And don’t work, iOS device and Mac owners, we’ve got you covered (don’t move!) with these Deadpool wallpapers from awhile back.)
Download Directions
From your device, link to the full resolution image by tapping the individual images. When the new window opens, tap the Safari Extensions icon in the bottom area of your browser, (it looks like a box with an up arrow sticking out of it), and tap “Save image” to save the image to your Photo Library.
After you’ve saved all of the wallpapers you’d like to use, open the Photos app on your iPhone and move the new images to the album you use to share images with you Apple Watch. Now you can go to your Apple Watch, select the new wallpaper as a watch face, and customize it to your heart’s content. If you do download several of the wallpapers and move them to your Watch, you can even set them to rotate between them each time you view your watch face!
