Earlier this week, Apple Pay added 39 new financial institutions to its rolls, and on Thursday Apple has added 10 new companies to its list of merchants who accept the mobile electronic payments service.
The newly added stores and partners include:
- ACME
- Davis Food & Drug
- Firehouse Subs
- GameStop
- Golden State Warriors
- Luby’s
- Orlando Magic
- Phoenix Suns
- Rubio’s
- T-Mobile Stores
Although Firehouse Subs just appeared on the website, the sandwich chain announced in February that it would begin accepting Apple Pay at its more than 860 locations across the U.S.
Merchants expected to soon offer support for Apple Pay include Carmike Cinemas and Raley’s.
AppleInsider notes that Apple Pay’s list of apps that support in-app purchases grew by one with the addition of apartment search app RadPad, which brings the total up to 30.
Apple Pay can now be used at 68 participating partners throughout the United States. The service allows iPhone 6/6 Plus users, (and soon iPhone 5, 5s, and 5c users via the upcoming Apple Watch), to make contactless payments via NFC compatible payments terminals.
