Just a little over a week since the last seed, Apple has dropped OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 build 13D28 to developers.
Once again, Apple is asking developers to focus on Graphics Drivers, Audio, Safari, and Contacts/Calendar USB sync via iTunes.
Developers can download the new beta builds from the Apple Developer Portal or via Software Update.
