Apple is internally testing iOS 18.4.1 for iPhones, according to MacRumors. They say they see visits from iPhones running iOS 18.4.1 in their visitor logs. The software update will likely be released sometime in the next week or two.
As the version number indicates, iOS 18.4.1 will be a minor update, addressing software bugs and/or security vulnerabilities.
Apple doesn’t release developer or public betas for minor updates like iOS 18.4.1.
iOS 18.5 is also currently being tested, and has been released to developers for testing. It will likely see a May release to the general public. So far, only two minor changes in the Mail and Settings app has been discovered in the iOS 18.5 beta.
iOS 19 will be unveiled during the WWDC 2025 keynote on June 9, and will be released soon after the unveiling.
