Apple Seeds First Betas of iOS 18.5 & iPadOS 18.5 to Developers for Testing

Apple today seeded the first betas of its upcoming iOS 18.5 and iPadOS 18.5 updates to developers for testing. The new betas come just two days after Apple the public releases of iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4.

There’s no word yet on what’s included in iOS 18.5 and iPadOS 18.5, but Apple is still working to roll out some delayed Apple Intelligence features. However, those features may be delayed until the unveiling of iOS 19 in June, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Once we find out more about what’s included, we’ll we’ll update you in this space.

As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on their daily driver iPhone or iPad. Instead, only install betas on a device set aside for testing purposes.
