Bloomberg’s Gurman: Apple ‘Shaking Up Its Color Palette’ for New iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro

Apple is “shaking up its color palette” for its upcoming iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro lineups, says Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

While the phones will all look mostly the same as last year, Apple is shaking up its color palette. The Pro models will now come in a gold titanium to replace blue titanium, while the black, white and natural options will still be available. The non-Pro versions will trade in yellow for white and get new shades of green, pink and blue.

Previous rumors and leaks were apparently accurate about the iPhone 16 Pro model color options. It should be noted that the Gold Titanium version was previously described as “bronze-like” with a “Desert Titanium” naming convention. Gurman recently said the Gold color “looks impressive and not terrible like the early renders.”

Apple will unveil its new ‌iPhone 16‌ lineup at its upcoming “It’s Glowtime” event, which is scheduled to kick off at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00p.m.Eastern Time) on Monday, September 9.
