Beats by Dre today teased its new Powerbeats Pro 2 wireless earbuds, which will hit store shelves sometime in 2025. In a clip shared on X and Instagram, MLB superstar Shohei Ohtani can be seen wearing the Powerbeats Pro 2.
The new earbuds resemble the existing Powerbeats Pro, which were released back in 2019, but sport a more vertical, slimmer design. No other new features or specific details about the Powerbeats Pro 2 have been released at this time.

The current Powerbeats Pro have the same H1 chip that debuted alongside the AirPods 2. They are IPX4-rated for sweat and water resistance, offer up to nine hours of battery life, and include four different sized silicone ear tips.
