Apple today seeded the first beta of its macOS Sonoma 14.6 update to developers. The new beta comes around a month after the release of macOS Sonoma 14.5 to the public.
The developer build of macOS Sonoma 14.6 can be downloaded by developers through the Apple Developer Center and once the correct profile is installed, succeeding betas will be available through the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences.
Apple has not officially announced what other new features are available in the new macOS Sonoma 14.6 beta. We’ll update this space when we hear of new features.
As usual, both MacTrast and Apple warn users to not install any betas on their daily driver Mac, instead only installing betas on devices set aside for testing purposes.
