Appleās next Apple Watch activity challenge is set for Tuesday, May 21 to celebrate World Meditation Day. This will be the first time Apple has offered an activity challenge for World Meditation Day.
To complete the challenge and receive their award, Apple Watch owners will need to record five or more mindful minutes using the Mindfulness app or any app that adds mindful minutes to the Health app. The Meditation Day award consists of a dedicated badge in the Fitness app. They will also receive several animated stickers for use in the Messages and FaceTime apps.
The Meditation Day challenge is the fourth activity challenge offered by Apple, following the February Heart Month challenge and the April Earth Day and Dance Day challenges.
