Apple on Wednesday seeded the third public beta of its macOS Sonoma 14.5 update. The new public beta comes one week after the release of the second seed.
Public beta testers can download the macOS Sonoma 14.5 update from the Software Update section of the System Preferences app after signing up on Apple’s beta testing website and opting into the public beta under the Beta Updates section.
Apple has not officially announced what other new features are available in the new macOS Sonoma 14.5 beta and so far no new features have been discovered. We’ll update this space when we hear of new features.
MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on their daily driver Mac, instead only installing betas on devices set aside for testing purposes.
