macOS Sonoma 14.3 Now Available to the Public – Brings Collaborative Apple Music Playlists

Apple on Monday released macOS Sonoma 14.3, the update to the company’s latest Mac operating system. The new version of macOS brings collaborative playlists in Apple Music, as well as an updated AppleCare & Warranty section in Settings.

The ‌‌macOS Sonoma‌ 14.3 update is a free download on all compatible Macs using the Software Update section of System Settings.

Apple’s full release notes for the update are as follows:

macOS Sonoma 14.3 introduces enhancements to Apple Music, as well as other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your Mac.

  • Collaborate on playlists in Apple Music allows you to invite friends to join your playlist and everyone can add, reorder, and remove songs
  • Emoji reactions can be added to any track in a collaborative playlist in Apple Music
  • AppleCare & Warranty in Settings shows your coverage for all devices signed in with your Apple ID

In addition to macOS Sonoma 14.3, Apple also on Monday released iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17.3, watchOS 10.3, tvOS 17.3, and new HomePod 17.3. software.
