Apple Music Live Returns – Ed Sheeran Concert on Apple Music and Apple TV+ Next Week

Apple today announced it will stream Ed Sheeran’s live performance of his latest album “Subtract” at the Eventim Apollo Theater in London on Wednesday, May 10 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The concert will be available to Apple Music and Apple TV+ subscribers at no additional cost.

Sheeran’s concert will kick off the second season of Apple Music Live, which is a series of live performances by song artists on Apple Music, and now for the first time, on Apple TV+. Fans will be able to see behind-the-scenes footage, and listen to a setlist on the Shazam app, following the show.

Sheeran’s new album, Subtract, is now available to stream on Apple Music. The 14-track album was produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner.

“I’m delighted to share my Subtract album show with you,” Sheeran said. “I was really nervous on the day, as it was my first time performing the new album tracks. The show was brought to life by Aaron and the incredible band, and it was an honor to stand beside them. It was an emotional night, but I’m so pleased we got to document it.”

The premiere season of Apple Music Live kicked off in May 2022, with performances by Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Megan Thee Stallion, Alicia Keys, and other performers. Apple has not yet announced additional performers for this season.

Apple Music and Apple TV+ cost $10.99 and $6.99 per month, respectively. First-time users can get an Apple Music free one-month trial, and Apple TV+ offers a free seven-day trial for first-timers.
