Apple has begun testing iOS 16.6 internally, says a report from MacRumors. The publication says its website’s analytics logs show visits from iPhones running iOS 16.6, which will most likely be one of the last updates to iOS 16, as Apple will unveil iOS 17 in June at WWDC 23.
WWDC is scheduled for June 5 through June 9 this year and Apple will debut iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, macOS 14, and tvOS 17 during the June 5 keynote address.
Apple is currently beta testing iOS 16.5 with developers and public beta testers. So far, only two new features have been discovered in the update, including the addition of a Sports tab in the Apple News app and the ability to start a screen recording with a command to Siri.
