Apple today released a new “Share the Joy” holiday ad featuring AirPods Pro’s ability to share audio. The 90-second ad demonstrates the feature as two people wearing AirPods Pro earbuds listen to “PUFF” by Bhavi and Bizarrap as they run around a city wearing AirPods Pro.
As the pair romp through the city, they turn various objects into snow (including a bus) and at the end of the ad spot, they both vanish into a cloud of snow.
“Share the joy of the holidays with Audio Sharing on AirPods Pro,” says Apple, in the video description. Audio sharing is compatible with all AirPods, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max models, as well as select Beats headphones. To share audio, connect AirPods to an iPhone or iPad, tap the AirPlay icon in Control Center, and tap on Share Audio.
Apple today announced that its “Apple Shopping Event” will be held from Black Friday on November 25 to Cyber Monday on November 28. Customers will be eligible to receive a gift card when they purchase select products.
Second-generation AirPods Pro, second-generation AirPods, third-generation AirPods with Lightning Charging Case, and AirPods Max are included in the promotion, and customers can score up to a $75 gift card
