Today marks the 11th anniversary of the death of Steve Jobs at age 56. Jobs died one day after Apple unveiled the iPhone 4S, featuring Siri.
Even after 11 years, Apple still has a “Remembering Steve” page on its website, containing condolences shared by friends, colleagues, and customers around the world.
Over a million people from all over the world have shared their memories, thoughts, and feelings about Steve. One thing they all have in common — from personal friends to colleagues to owners of Apple products — is how they’ve been touched by his passion and creativity. You can view some of these messages below.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Jobs’ passing last year, Apple shared a short film called “Celebrating Steve” honoring his life.
I’d like to join in remembering Steve Jobs. I thank him for everything he accomplished and built. Without Mr. Jobs, this website wouldn’t exist, and I wouldn’t be doing what I love today. Steve Jobs wasn’t perfect, but he was almost always interesting. We miss you Steve, thanks for everything.
