Apple on Monday released a new version of Boot Camp (6.1.16), which allows Windows to be run on Intel-based Macs. Version 6.1.16 is a bug fix update that addresses minor issues while improving WiFi and Bluetooth support.
Apple’s release notes for the update say the software introduces WiFi WPA3 support and fixes a Bluetooth driver issue that sometimes occurred when resuming from Sleep or Hibernation.
If you’re a Boot Camp user, you can navigate to the Start menu in Windows, open the Apple Software Update app, and install new Boot Camp drivers.
The Boot Camp feature is limited to Intel-based Macs and is not available on Apple Silicon-powered Macs.
