Apple has delayed the debut of its much-rumored new 27-inch mini-LED display until October, due to its production being delayed due to the Shanghai lockdown, according to display industry consultant Ross Young.
Apple leak! The 27" MiniLED monitor has been delayed as it was going to be produced at Quanta in Shanghai which has been locked down. Production is in the process of being moved to a different location and has been delayed. It now looks like an October release.

In a tweet from earlier today, Young said “Production is in the process of being moved to a different location and has been delayed. It now looks like an October release.”
Young had previously claimed the display was on track for a June release, sometime around Apple’s developer conference WWDC.
Mini-LED backlighting would allow the display to feature ProMotion with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Additional details are still unknown, including pricing. The existing Studio Display starts at $1,599.
