Apple TV+ today premiered a new Peanuts special, starring good ol’ Charlie Brown (how I hate him). To Mom (and Dad), with Love sees the whole Peanuts gang returning to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Mother’s Day is almost here, and gang is excited – except Peppermint Patty. For her, it’s a reminder that she didn’t grow up with a mom. But, good pal Marcie helps Peppermint Patty see that families come in all shapes and sizes.
The rest of the group joins in to help to show Patty that Mother’s Day is a celebration of families of all shapes and sizes. Meanwhile, Woodstock is on a quest to find his mom.

The special is part of a four-holiday Peanuts specials package Apple commissioned. In 2022, we can expect to see specials about Earth Day, Mother’s Day, and Back to School. The original series Snoopy in Space and The Snoopy Show, are also exclusively available on Apple TV+.
