Friday, April 29 is International Dance Day, and Apple Watch owners will have the opportunity to complete an Activity Challenge to celebrate the day, earning a special badge and iMessage stickers.
To get the International Dance Day award, Apple Watch users will be required to do a dance workout of 20 minutes or more on April 29.

Apple Watch users who successfully complete a dance workout on the appropriate day will unlock a badge in the Fitness app along with animated stickers that can be used in the Messages and FaceTime apps.
The challenge can be completed by performing a standalone dance routine or by using a dance routine in Apple Fitness+. Apple’s fitness subscription service offers a dance category. Apple Fitness+ is priced at $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year and is also included in the Apple One subscription Premier bundle, which also includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and 2TB of iCloud storage for $29.95 per month, and can be shared among up to six family members.
The new workout challenges are just the latest in a series of challenges offered by Apple, offering special badges and Messages stickers to Apple Watch owners who complete them. An Earth Day Activity Challenge will take place on Earth Day, Friday, April 22.
