iOS 15 is installed on close to 60% adoption across all iOS devices, exactly 80 days after Apple’s latest mobile operating system was launched to the public, says website Mixpanel.
As of Thursday, third-party data analytics company Mixpanel’s chart shows that around 58% of all iOS devices are running iOS 15, compared to approximately 36% of devices running iOS 14. 4.58% of iOS devices are running an older version.
Apple releases iOS adoption rates but has yet to do so for iOS 15.
While all devices that were compatible with iOS 14 are compatible with iOS 15. However, Apple is allowing customers on iOS 14 to continue to receive critical security updates without updating to iOS 15.
