A biography of entrepreneur and business magnate Elon Musk is being written by Steve Jobs biographer Walter Isaacson, according to Musk.
“If you’re curious about Tesla, SpaceX & my general goings on, @WalterIsaacson is writing a biography,” Musk tweeted about the biography on Thursday.

In a series of subsequent tweets, Musk said Isaacson had been shadowing him “for several days so far,” and said he thought all the author’s biographies were good, but he “particularly liked” Isaacson’s biography of Benjamin Franklin.

The biography should shed a bit of light on Musk’s somewhat rocky relationship with Apple and Apple CEO Tim Cook. Tesla and Apple have been known to steal employees from each other, with Musk calling Apple the “Tesla Graveyard,” saying “If you don’t make it at Tesla, you go work at Apple.”
Since the publication of his Steve Jobs biography in 2011, Isaacson has spoken out multiple times about Apple and its culture. In 2017, he remarked that Apple was no longer the most innovative company, singling out Apple’s inability to compete in the virtual assistant space, where Amazon and Google dominate.
