Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman says that we can expect Apple to unveil redesigned 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros sometime between September and November.
Gurman dropped that bit of info via the latest edition of his Power On newsletter, in which he says the revamped MacBook Pros will begin production during the third quarter and that he expects Apple to announce them “between September and November at the latest.” Last November saw Apple unveil an updated Mac mini, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro, all powered by its new M1 Apple Silicon.
Gurman says Apple had originally planned a release for the new MacBook Pros earlier this year, but continued issues with mini-LED production delayed the new MacBook Pros launch.
The new MacBook Pro models are expected to boast a new design, which includes flat-edges and more ports, mini-LED displays, and powered by faster Apple Silicon chips.
