Apple’s HomePod mini smart speaker is now available in Austria and Ireland and is also listed as coming in June to New Zealand. The expansion of availability comes seven months following its launch in the United States.
While users in Austria and Ireland can now order the mini online, the speaker is listed as “new” on the New Zealand Apple site, but customers can only click on “View Pricing” instead of “Buy.” The Austrian and New Zealand Apple Store pages both offer home delivery, but no availability in-store.
Customers in Ireland and Austria will find that the HomePod mini retails for the equivalent of $120, or $20 more than in the US. New Zealand buyers will pay the equivalent of $114.
Earlier this week it was reported that Apple appears to have finally exhausted its stock of the original but discontinued HomePod in the United States. As of Monday morning, the full-sized HomePod shows “Sold Out” for both the black and white HomePods.
