The iMac Pro has been officially discontinued. As of this afternoon, the all-in-one pro-level machine is no longer available for purchase in the online Apple Store.
The iMac Pro was no longer in stock in the United States and other countries today, and now the iMac Pro page is completely gone from the Apple website. The machine is not listed in the Apple Store app, and a search for “iMac Pro” fails to bring up any listings for the machine.
The Apple Mac compatibility filter for the iMac Pro has been changed to say “2017” instead of “2017 and later,” indicating that there will be no more iMac Pro models available in the future.
On March 8, Apple added a “while supplies last” notification to its iMac Pro product page around the globe.
Though Apple has removed the iMac Pro from its website, there are still iMac Pro models available from Apple’s refurbished store.
Apple recommends that users looking for a high-end Mac choose the 27-inch iMac, which was last refreshed in August 2020.
