Leaker Max Weinbach on Sunday shared what he says is “finalized and revised” information about the upcoming iPhone 12 lineup.
Weinbach says that while the “most important” things about the 2020 iPhone lineup has already been revealed by Weibo user “Kang” on Friday, he does have some specific new info to offer.
Finalized and Revised iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro info, just in time before the event. The most important things were already revealed by Kang 康总, but we've got previous report that we've received updates for in the past 3 weeks:

Apple is reportedly still shipping the new iPhone with a “dynamic zoning algorithm” feature, which could allow for faster Face ID. While rumors have mentioned a smaller display notch, the notch may only be reduced in width on the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 “mini” due to its smaller size. The reduction in width would be achieved by a tighter grouping of the TruDepth camera components but may increase the height of the notch. Images that were said to show the iPhone 12 mini’s screen were leaked back in July and appeared to show a smaller notch.

The "dynamic zoning algorithm" is shipping. The redesigned TrueDepth Camera System though, is not. Instead, a more "tightly" arranged TrueDepth will be shipped with the 5.4" iPhone. The notch shrinks horizontally, but increases slightly vertically.— Pine (@PineLeaks) October 11, 2020
Weinbach says he also believes that all iPhone 12 models will feature a significantly improved digital zoom via software improvements, along with an improved optical zoom on the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Digital and Optical Zoom will be getting a massive boost this year. The standard iPhone 12 will completely rely on software for this, still. You will get an significantly extended digital zoom, both quality and distance wise.

Weinbach also says the new Pro handsets may also boast “a sort of macro camera” feature and the ultrawide lens aperture on the Pro models may allow getting closer to photo subject. These are not supposed to be “headline features,” however.

This is happening, but we don't expect it to be an headline feature or anything Apple will bother mentioning. Using your iPhone 12 Ultra Wide, you will be able get closer to objects compared to the current iPhone 11 Ultra Wide. Pay attention to 12 Pro Max.— Pine (@PineLeaks) October 11, 2020
Battery life in the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max is also claimed to be boosted by at least one hour, while the iPhone 12 mini’s battery life is expected to perform a bit worse than the iPhone 11 due to its size.

Expect at least an 1 hour battery life increase for the Pro Models. As seen in internal tests, the 5.4" iPhone will perform worse than the current iPhone 11, which is expected because of its form factor.— Pine (@PineLeaks) October 11, 2020
Weinbach also repeated previous claims about the new handsets offering support for 4K video at 120 or 240 frames per second.
As usual, take all of this with a grain of your favorite low-sodium seasoning, as we won’t officially know all of the features of the new iPhone 12 lineup until Tuesday when Apple executives take the virtual stage.
