It’s the 10th anniversary of the launch of the Apple Store app, and Apple has included a celebratory easter egg in the app.
Users who search for the term “10 years” in the app’s search function are rewarded with two numerical balloons floating up from the bottom of the screen, as seen below.

The balloons bounce around for a few moments, and if you tap and pop them individually if you wish. Left alone, they’ll simply float away.
The Apple Store app has become an important piece of Apple’s business, even more so after the Cupertino firm was forced to close its physical stores during this ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
Apple last week pushed out an update for the app, adding a “For You” tab that gathers useful customer information in one place, as well as a new iPhone comparison tool.
