Today at Apple ‘Made in LDN’ Music Sessions to Resume in Late July

The Today at Apple “Made in LDN” program will return in late July, offering young musicians in London a variety of educational sessions as well as a creative outlet.

Although some stores around the globe have been reopening around the globe (although some are reclosing soon after), the Today at Apple session have remained canceled. However, they will now offer a new online version of its “Made in LDN” sessions.

The sessions are a collaboration with the creative arts youth organization Spotlight and the Mayor of London. The sessions give young artists in London the opportunity to learn about the music industry from experts.

Participants will learn how to write lyrics, produce music videos, build their reputation as an artist, and more

The “Music Survival” series of creative sessions will run from July 27 to August 28. Due to social distancing measures, Apple has moved the sessions online. Registration opens on July 6 for artists aged 16-25 in the London area, limited space is available. Applicants are required to submit a two-minute video, including a sample of their music, as well as the applicant’s creative story.
