“What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles, to be sure; but scattered along life’s pathway, the good they do is inconceivable.” ― Joseph Addison

From your device, link to the full resolution image of any psychedelic iPhone and iPad wallpaper by tapping one of the above. When the full-sized image opens, tap the Safari Extensions icon in the bottom area of your browser, (it looks like a box with an up arrow sticking out of it), and tap “Save image” to save the image to your Photo Library.
From your desktop computer, link to the full resolution image by left-clicking the image. Right-click and save the image to your iTunes photo sync folder.
“As the years pass, I am coming more and more to understand that it is the common, everyday blessings of our common everyday lives for which we should be particularly grateful. They are the things that fill our lives with comfort and our hearts with gladness — just the pure air to breathe and the strength to breath it; just warmth and shelter and home folks; just plain food that gives us strength; the bright sunshine on a cold day; and a cool breeze when the day is warm.” ― Laura Ingalls Wilder, Writings to Young Women from Laura Ingalls Wilder: On Wisdom and Virtues
From your Mac, click your mouse pointer on one of the images. When the full-sized image appears in your browser, right-click or CTRL-Click on the image, and click on “Save Image As” to save the image to your Mac’s hard drive.
Now, right-click or CTRL-click on your desktop, and select “Change Desktop Background” In the Desktop & Screen Saver dialog box that appears, click the “+” button at the bottom of the left panel. Navigate to the directory you saved the wallpaper in, and double-click the wallpaper filename.
Or, as reader Biff Bifferson pointed out, you can just right-click on the image in the browser and click “Set As Desktop Background.” That both changes the desktop AND saves the image.
