The iOS 14 code leaks continue, thanks to code seen by 9to5Mac. The leaked code indicates a new list view for apps, a new Apple TV remote, and more.
The new list view will be in alphabetical order, and the report claims users will be able to set filters, such as recently used apps, apps with unread notifications, and more. The new view will be in addition to the usual icon view or by dragging down on the Home Screen and using search.
9to5Mac also claims that there is a that third-party wallpaper packs could possibly be supported in the Settings app on iOS 14. And that Apple may introduce new wallpaper categories to help sort through the wallpapers.
iOS 14 could also include new HomeKit features, such as face classification in HomeKit camera streams, a new accessibility feature that can possibly provide haptic feedback for important sounds like fire alarms and doorbells, Alipay support for Apple Pay, and integration of Apple’s “Shot on iPhone” challenges in the Photos app.
9to5Mac also mentions evidence of a new version of the Apple TV Remote app in iOS 14 but didn’t offer any details.
