Apple is currently running a “Heart Month” Apple Watch promo that should spur a few purchases of new Watches. The Cupertino firm is offering up to $100 on the trade-in of the Apple Watch Series 2 and Apple Watch Series 3 models, which is a good bump over the trade-in amount Apple usually offers for those devices.

Heart Month is here. This February, get increased trade-in value for your eligible Apple Watch when you upgrade to a new Apple Watch Series 5.
Before the promotion began, Apple offered up to $60 trade-in for an Apple Watch Series 2 model and up to $70 for an Apple Watch Series 3 model. The new promotion offers an extra $30 to $40. The increased trade-in amount drops the price of an entry-level 40mm Series 5 watch to $299.
The promotion is to celebrate Heart Month, which runs for the month of February.
