If you’re one of the Twitter for iOS users the has been seeing their Twitter timeline refresh randomly, making you lose track of what you were reading, you’ll want to update the app.
Version 8.1.5 was pushed out by Twitter, following numerous reports of buggy timeline auto-refresh behavior when viewing the timeline or a story. The issue affected users that had updated to version 8.1 of the app, released last week.
Dear Twitter,
Stop auto-refreshing my feed. I’m a big girl and I can decide for myself when to refresh. Also, I was still reading that story/tweet on…. Wait! What was I reading?
This new feature sucks.
