Apple on Thursday seeded the first beta of the macOS Catalina 10.15.2 update to developers. The beta comes one week following the release of macOS Catalina 10.15.1 to the public.
The new developer build can be downloaded from theĀ Apple Developer Center by participants in the program, or as a software update for Macs that have the proper profile installed from the Developer Center.
There is now word as yet on what changes or improvements the second update holds for users. However, the usual performance updates, bug fixes, and security updates are most certainly included. As soon as we find out more about what’s in the 10.15.2 update, we’ll be sure to let you know.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on your daily driver Mac, instead only install it on a Mac set aside for testing purposes.
