Version 2.1
Texas Hold’em comes to iPad—enjoy it full screen, or play it while you do something else using Split View or Slide Over.
This update also includes accessibility improvements and performance enhancements.
Apple promotes the new app as a refreshed version of the original. Unlike the original, this time around it requires iOS 12.
Apple’s Texas Hold’em is back! To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the App Store, we’ve brought back one of its first games, a popular classic. Originally created for iPod, then brought to iPhone, fans will love the polished redesign, featuring new characters, more challenging gameplay, and stunning graphics for the newest iPhone and iPod touch. Players will also love that it’s free to play—for the very first time.
Players can bet, bluff, and detect tells against 24 realistic opponents—or with their friends over Wi-Fi.
The game originally launched for the iPod back in 2006, before it landed in the App Store and on the iPhone in 2008. (The official 10th anniversary of the App Store was last year.)
Texas Hold’em is free, and is available for the iPad and iPhone in the App Store. [GET IT HERE]
