Apple on Thursday seeded the third beta of macOS 10.15.1 Catalina to developers. The beta comes a week following the release of the second 10.15.1 beta and a little over two weeks following the public release of macOS 10.15 Catalina, the company’s new Mac operating system.
The new developer build can be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center by participants in the program, or as a software update for Macs that have the proper profile installed.

The new beta also likely includes performance improvements and fixes for bugs that have been discovered in the first version of Catalina. An interim supplemental update was released two days ago with bug fixes that needed to be addressed before the 10.15.1 update was ready.
