Apple’s wireless Powerbeats Pro earphones will be available for pre-order in the United Kingdom on May 31, says a tweet from the official Beats By Dre U.K. Twitter account.
If you can’t see the 15-second video ad that’s included in the tweet, at the end of the video is a mention of the May 31 date. The ad features British professional boxer Anthony Joshua and promotes the impressive nine hours of listening time offered by the fitness-focused earphones
The Powerbeats Pro have been available for pre-order in the black color option since May 3 in the United States and Canada. Deliveries began arriving on May 10. The earbuds remain as “coming soon” on Apple’s online U.K. store, while the Beats websites in the U.K., France, and Germany simply states that the earphones will begin their rollout later in May.
Due to the lateness of the month, it can reasonably be expected that Powerbeats Pro earbuds in black will also be available for pre-order in France and Germany on the 31st.
The fine print on the Beats websites in other regions says Powerbeats Pro will be available in Australia, Singapore, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Austria, Italy, Spain, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, Mexico, and Brazil in June.
Other color options (ivory, moss, and navy colors) will become available this summer in the United States and Canada, and most of the countries listed above, Apple does warn that color availability is subject to change.
Powerbeats Pro will take a $249.95 chunk out of your pocketbook in the United States, $329.95 in Canada, £219.95 in the United Kingdom, and $349.95 in Australia.
