Apple has released the fifth developer betas of their upcoming operating systems for their Mac, iOS, Apple Watch, and Apple TV devices. The new betas are macOS 10.14.4, iOS 12.2, watchOS 5.2, and tvOS 12.2.
The fifth round of betas comes one week after the fourth betas were released. iOS 12.2 beta five is build number 16E5223a which replaces the fourth build, number 16E5212f. macOS 10.14.4’s fifth beta is 18E215a, replacing fourth build number 18E205e. The fifth watchOS 5.2 is beta number 16T5222a, replacing the fourth build, 16T5212e. And finally, tvOS 12.2’s fifth build 16L5221a replaces 16L5212e, the fourth build. (Via AppleInsider)
The new builds are available to developers over the air on the devices with the proper configuration installed. Developers can also download the new betas from the Apple Developer Center.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install the beta on your daily driver iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch or Mac computer, instead only install it on a device set aside for testing purposes.
