Hot on the heels of its public release of new versions of its iOS and tvOS operating systems (both version 12.2), Apple has seeded the first betas of iOS 12.3 and tvOS 12.3 to developers. In a somewhat surprising move, the Cupertino firm also released a beta for the third-generation Apple TV.
The new builds are available to developers over the air on the devices with the proper configuration installed. Developers can also download the new betas from the Apple Developer Center.
The first build of iOS 12.3 is number 16F5117h, while tvOS 12.3’s first build is build 16M5117f. The Apple TV Software 7.3 beta is build 12H825.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install the beta on your daily driver iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Instead it is strongly recommended that you only install it on a device set aside for testing purposes.
