Apple’s annual shareholders meeting is set to take place on March 1, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time. The meeting will be held at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park. The company filed the information on Tuesday with the SEC.
Shareholders will need to register to attend the event. They can do so at starting at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on February 6. Seating is limited, and Apple says that registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only shareholder as of the record date of January 2, 2109 can register, and a valid registration confirmation will be required for entry to the meeting.
Although last year’s meeting was rather routine and tame, this year’s meeting could be more animated, due to Apple’s falling iPhone revenues and other issues affecting the company’s bottom line.
