Apple on Monday launched a new online store for the U.S. region to offer activity military and veterans, as well as members of their households, a 10% discount on select products from the company.
The new store offers discounted prices on iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, the Apple TV, HomePods, AirPods, accessories like cases, Apple Watch bands, and even third-party items including speakers, drones, and more.
“At Apple we are deeply grateful to the men and women of our armed forces,” the company said in a statement offered to TechCrunch. “We’re proud to offer active military and veterans a new dedicated online store with special pricing as an expression of our gratitude for their brave service.”
Active military, veterans, and their household members join a select group of individuals that are eligible for discounts. Students, teachers and faculty members have received educational discounts for quite awhile, as well as military and federal government employees.
